Individuality in Preferences |
If you truly believed that everything you love and enjoy is absolutely perfect for you, how would your life be transformed?
Imagine confidently turning down an offer because you have something else that sparks even more excitement in your soul.
If you genuinely believed that others' decisions are truly what's best for them, how would you perceive other people?
By tuning into our feelings and asking ourselves, "Which choice feels more aligned?," the Law of Attraction guides us to discover our individual preferences. This or that? Through this process, we uncover insights about ourselves that grant us a tremendous amount of personal freedom and joy when we take the time to pay attention to our emotions.
Previously, I used to live by a set of strict rules and principles until I learned about the Law of Attraction and how it harmonizes the people, circumstances, and opportunities I attract with my own vibration. I remember asking my pastor once for a list of these guidelines in order to evaluate if I was living morally. I put in all my effort to be the perfect mother, responsible homemaker, and selfless Christian. I believed that by fulfilling others' expectations, I would find happiness. However, I was far from a content and joyful person. Instead, I was filled with emotional suffering that eventually took a toll on my physical well-being.
Nevertheless, the Law of Attraction taught me to pay attention to the sensation of discomfort, as it is a sign that something isn't aligning with who I truly am and the goals I strive to achieve. Anything that doesn't resonate with me and my aspirations won't bring about a positive feeling. It was like touching a scorching burner and trying to endure the pain. I had become desensitized to the suffering because I had experienced constant emotional and physical torment for such a long time. (Similar to a third-degree burn, where the nerves are damaged and no pain is felt.)
Ultimately, I had a realization: I am the sole authority in deciding what is best for me. I am the one who can determine what is truly beneficial for my well-being. And I can discern this by attentively observing how everything feels and seeking out the ideas, concepts, or experiences that evoke the greatest sense of alignment.
Satisfying feels good. Mediocre feels lacking. As Abraham Hicks wisely said.
Embracing and honoring my unique preferences allows me to effortlessly manifest all my life goals. I already possess all the aspirations I have set for this lifetime within me. I navigate through life by focusing on what brings me immense happiness and following that path. In fact, this is the quickest and simplest route to true contentment. I felt as though I had wasted three decades of my life trying to endure an unhappy marriage until I discovered the Law of Attraction. However, after integrating the Law of Attraction into my life as outlined in this essay for five years, I felt completely in sync with life. Around two years ago, I had a profound realization: "Today, I am precisely where I would be if I had lived the first 55 years of my life differently." How incredible does that feel?
Now I tell my kids, "Your fingerprints are just as unique and special as your tastes and preferences.". In this vast world, there are certain things that only you can accomplish, and your preferences can guide you in discovering the optimal way to live your life.
How are you doing today? Can you visualize yourself from this perspective? Have you ever wondered why you stand out from the rest? Are you ready to embrace the fact that you and your unique tastes are the perfect fit for YOU?
